Palestinian UN Membership Receive the International Court.

CNG.online: - United Nations, United States. Head of the Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) Ban Ki-moon has received a Palestinian request to join the International Criminal Court (ICC), a step that will pave the way for channeling complaints of war crimes by Israel.

Allowing judicial decisions of the ICC, based in The Hague for, from 1 April, opened cases of serious crimes committed in the Palestinian territories despite the challenges of Israel and the United States, according to AFP.
